Gluing classes:
Plywood is glued with waterproof phenol formaldehyde resin adhesive. The weather and boiling resistant bonding meets the requirements of the fallowing standarts:
EN 314/3rd class;
BS 1203 / H4 (previously WBP)
DIN 68705 Part 3 / type BFU 100.
Formaldehyle emission:
In accordance with the standart EN 13986 the formaldehyde emission meets the Class E1 reqiurements (test method EN 717 Part2). Plywood glued with phenol-formaldehyde resins meets the CARB Phase 2 and Japanese 4-Star Regulation’s requirements.
Overlay:
The composite material is made od wood fibres and polypropylene. The overlay is glued with D3 or D4 class glues according to the standart EN204 requirements. The thickness of the overlay is 1.6mm. The standart color is grey. The surface is glossy or mat.
The surface of this material resists well against various kinds of damages. After use, the panels release well and maintain their performance for a long time.
Moisture absorption inferior to 1.8% translates to excellent weather resistence.
The panels can be used within a temperature range from -40oC up to +80oC.
